Impoliteness and lack of personal contact skills
Called in shortly after first couple of days as a customer, and the Lady I talked to was not at all polite, and seemed more interested in some kind of office party??? or something that was loud enough to distract from the phone conversation.
I commented on it and was told that it was a "money" contest to win dollars.
NOT what I call professional at all. Just saying.
When I questioned about My data Usage, she said to check my equipment, and left it at that.
Having dealt with the public for over 40 years, mostly in telephone communications, I was not very pleased with what I heard.
Nuf said. Hope it self corrects!
