Hello. I can't seem to get my old emails on my laptop or phone. It just shows whatever I get that day and then old ones from when my account changed in August. Then those emails are gone the next day. I don't have this problem on my home computer. This is very frustrating. Please help. Thank you.

How are you accessing your emails? Are you going to go.wildblue.net or are you using a client? On the site you can pull up your archive under mail preferences

Hi T. Edwin Doss,   Please review this link. Look at Receiving Messages and filters: Actions http://help.exede.net/articles/General/Setting-your-email-preferences. This article describes how email functions.  If you still need assistance please call Exede Customer Service at 855-463-9333 or send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com. Thanks

Check your settings, especially if you use an email client such as LiveMail or Thunderbird. Most have settings to control what happens to read, and sent messages. If you have them set to delete after reading then that's why, your client told the server to remove them. You can set it to keep copies on the server, then just go to the webmail directly (don't use the client) if you want old message.

Also check your Junk or Spam box and, your filters. Messages may be going to spam to junk. If your devices are set to only download new messages, then you would need to save or archive the ones you will need later or, get them directly on the website email.
