Email trouble

Just found out that EXCEDE is managing my directv.net email and it is inaccessible until maybe tomorrow?  WTF?  In today's day of technology, this is totally unacceptable.  No notification from exceed on any upcoming changes.  Thanks for the major added stress in my life tonight, EXCEDE

I have been unable to login into my directv.net email acct for 3 months!!! Help!!! It was thru wildblue/directv but then they sold out to Excede and now neither excede nor directv says they can access the directv.net acct! Help
