Email trouble

I absolutely detest Wildblue. I never got an answer or resolution as to why my sent messages are not showing up after you moved to Z-whatever it is and off the Google server. Now I have e-mails that are not coming through, as well. What does it take to get Wildblue/Exede to serve its customers adequately? Where are my sent messages? When my service was interrupted last October and the technician could get me online only by changing my satellite, I had to sign up as a new customer; thus a new 2-year contract. Again, what does it take to get my sent messages and my e-mail? What does it take for Wildblue to be responsive to its customers?

Are you accessing your emails through the webpage, or are you using an email client, like Outlook, Thunderbird, or a mobile device?

Both.  I go through my account setup and I have also gone onto the Wildblue.net site.  All of my e-mails for today have not downloaded, and there is a long history of not being able to see my "sent" messages, going back to when Wildblue changed e-mail servers and which I have reported and which has not been resolved.
