Ryan -- I am trying to get the same info as you -- YES the email settings in Apple Mail need to be changed, but Exede/WildBlue claims they don't have those settings. Hopefully enough of us will sound the alarm that they will get on this!
We will provide the SMTP/IMAP information for web clients and smartphones for the new Zimbra email service very soon. We’ll post that information on here, on our Help Center and in emails sent to all of our subscribers using exede.net and wildblue.net email services. At present, all of these email accounts are still on the Google platform, and to avoid confusion we do not want to put the revised SMTP info out there until migration begins.
