I have sent over 5 emails to exedelistens@viasat.com with my exede account email, carolherri*******@exede.net. (part of it asterisked for security purposes)

I have yet to recieve an email back, and the first one was sent over a month ago.

Be patient I'm sure they have your email.  They are working on all the email issues that have come up and helping with the migration so they are a little back logged on responding to email.
