email billing notification

Has ViaSat stopped sending email notifications when monthly bill is paid?  My account was correctly billed on the 24th of this month but I did not receive the usual email notification..(@wildblue.net) ??  I checked my credit card account and it was charged on the 24th as always..maybe you no longer send the email notification or my @wildblue.net email address is no longer used..

Which also reminds me, how do we change our email address on our account?  In looking through my account options it seems we'd have to create a new account using a new email address to effect a change..

I feel more like I do now than I did awhile ago...☺

wm4bama, I am still getting the email notification of billing, my last one was May 12, the day my cycle starts.

To change your email address on your account, go to the Account management page, then click on Profile at the top, then click on edit profile.

I have correspondence sent to my Yahoo mail account.  I have never received a "bill" merely a notice that my account WAS charged $XXX.XX long after the bank informs me they took their money.

I did stop receiving any other emails from them though.  No more 70% data used notifications.  No more "you have exceeded your monthly data allowance" notifications.

My wife has tried online and on the phone to resolve this and still NOTHING.

Ive given up trying to get anywhere with these people, especially over something so trivial.  Its just not worth the headaches.

I guess my question was not specific enough about email notification of billing, so, Has anyone with an email address ending in @wildblue.net received a billing notice for May ?..

I even looked into both the "Deleted" and "Spam" folders of my @wildblue.net account and did not find the notice I usually get on the 25th of each month..

I wondered if ViaSat has stopped sending emails to the customers with @wildblue.net accounts.

Steve, thanks, I was looking in the wrong place (my @wildblue.net options)...so now I've changed my email address..☺☺

Sorry wm4bama, my account is in my wifes name as is the @wildblue address, yet I pay the bills so we have never used that account.  We registered my @yahoo address from day one and I was simply pointing out that there are issues with emails regardless of address used.

We have not stopped sending emails to customers with the wildblue.net or exede.net email address. We use the email address that is on file.

Thanks Diana, it was the first and only time I did not receive an email notification on the 25th after the 24th account reset...so we'll just chalk it up as one of those monsters that eat email, similar to the cookie monster...☺☺☺
