Double charge

My bank was double charged and they tell me it's going to 7-14 business days to be refunded for their system error. Better ownership needs to be applied because they double charged I now face a fee assessed for overdraft I balance everything properly this is reduculous it should be refunded with in 24 hours.

Double charges and erroneous charges seem to happen quite often , seems I am reading about it all the time, very sad

Please Note: 
What may have happen is there may already be a payment method on file for you (reoccurring payment) to which is drafted on your due date. If you make a “one-time payment” then a double charge can happen mistakenly.  I can verify this information as well if you wish.
