double billed

Recently moved,,,Paid bill for august before they would let me schedule move,,,installed new equipment,,,billed again for august with a new account number...and received notice today they will be billing my old account again so i am being billed a month service every two weeks on twodiferent account numbers......please help as i am poor thank you
