Not happy with service

I would not recomend this service to anyone that has to doing anything on line but browse the internet. In the month that I have had this service there is nothng positive that I can say except that you can get on line. If you have to do any type of work or like to watch/down load any movies, except between the hours of midnight and 0500, this is not the service for you. From my conversation with cusotmer service there is not a plan available beyond 25 GB/month. They can also offer no explination on why I can use 3 GB of data in 24 hours when no one was home. Makes me miss Hughes net!!! Shame on Direct TV for promoting this service.

Thomas, I do hope you can get these problems fixed....I had Hughes for 3 yrs before switching to exede a couple of mos ago, but unlike you I am having no problems with my data usage.....good thing, since I can only afford a the least expensive plan with 10 gb per mo. I have spent considerable time learning everything I can about how to keep data from being used up in any "invisible" ways....and for me it has paid off.....exede is better for me than Hughes was because in the exede basic plan I get higher speeds than Hughes provides for basic plus I get the late night free zone with exede instead of the Hughes "bonus bytes" which would just be another thing I have to count and keep track of. Sincerely hope this gets straightened out for you.

Lorrie, it doesn't take a GENIUS to know that you're paid to say these things. (free data is nice eh?) only you, ONLY people like you and your status say we, the people and customers aren't telling the truth.
