The reason I ask is because I had freedom plan and every morning around 7 am est I would do a speed test and my download speed would always be anywhere from 25-43 mbps I switched to the Silver plan sunday and sooo far this week at 7 am my download speed has been around 19 mbps so I figure exede is slowing down speeds since Probably alot of people on my beam went to unlimited! I have no problem doing what I want to do No Complaints Just asking

They don't throttle.  More like they push in the clutch for a few miles.

How do you get 25-43 mbps?  Nobody else does...   The only beam I know of that is that empty is the one I'm on, 369.

I guess cause hardly know one was on my beam keep in mind the 43 mbps I got a few times was around 7 am when hardly know one was on but with the freedom plan it was always at least 25 mbps anytime EXCEPT during the evening when alot of people was on it would be around 12-15 mbps usually on the freedom plan but now on the silver plan I cant get anything over 19

Throttled or choked because too many people are on at the same time.  Probably a bit of both.  I would get throttled on my evolution plan even though I was not supposed to have my web browsing affected.  I switched to the new unlimited and I can check my speed at random times during the day and I will get 4Mbps, 19Mbps, sometimes it burps even higher if I am watching the download speed.  I have never seen anything near 43Mbps though.  I was even having trouble streaming 360 video yesterday, but now it seems to be working fine.  As long as the satellite works and I can do what I need to do, I really do not care about having my speeds randomly drop.  Just as I have learned to deal with high latency.  I just use my verizon hotspot when I need a fast response time.

Yeah I dont mind the speeds either as long as I can do what I want to do! and the 43 mbps I got a few times was early in the am like 7 am when most people was sleeping or at work! But In my opinion they have the speeds choked down on the unlimited plans cause they are testing them, when viasat2 is ready speeds will be 30mbps or higher mostly anytime your online most likely!
