Do you still get the free data between 12am and 5am if you've already exceeded the data? connection is very slow

If on a limited classic Exede plan you should (not really applicable to the Freedom plan), Evolution plans use a different time period 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM and speeds should return to normal during those periods even if you've exceeded your limit.  

That being said, there have some reports that the free zones sometimes kick in late; and others experience slow speeds due to the congestion that occurs during the entry periods of those zones as everyone's automatically scheduled downloads kick in somewhat simultaneously..

Good question, Norberto. Lab Rescuer has pretty much summed up the answer. If you are on our classic plans then your speeds  will resume back to normal from 12am-5am. You should not be experiencing slow speeds at this time even if you have used all your data allowance. I will definitely look into your account and see what's going on.
