I called three times to get the boxes promised to me after I canceled my service. Boxes were never received, but the UPS guy showed up with a return label from you guys. We put everything in a box and he slapped the label on it for return. You have now charged my credit card 300.00 for not returning my items in 30 days. You guys are horrible!
