We were set for an instillation today and no showed. I contacted customer service and was told techs could not find my home. They never called to get directions. Then I was told they would call me back in one hour and that never happened. I called back and was told a complaint would be filed against the techs. My husband missed part of our granddaughters birthday party waiting on them. Is there no offer of some type of compensation for your mistake and poor business practice?

Hang in there Cindy.  It took me 3 scheduled installs before I finally got my Wildblue to Exede upgrade.  Never got a phone call or any communications on the first two no shows.  For me, it was all worth it in the end.
