I called to disconnect my service because I moved, evidently, in Feb 2015(I thought I called earlier). It wasn't disconnected and I have been paying for the service since then. I don't have the equipment to return and I haven't been using the service since Sep 2014. Can I just disconnect now and you count what I have been paying as the equipment return fee?
