For the past 3 months we have somehow gone over our 15gb plan with less usage than in the past.  It's strange because we used to have several GB's left at the turn of the billing cycle.  We very rarely watch videos, don't stream anything, our phones are set to use data, I have shut off the auto play feature on our browser, we use our phones, for the most part, to use social media and my wife used to play online games(she no longer does), so I'm at a loss as to why we are out of GB's ten days before our account resets.  I have purchased an extra GB every month, except this one because, it didn't last anyway.  I would like to know exactly where it is going.  I can't manage my GB's correctly if I don't know where they are going. 

I have noticed in this community that I am not the only one this is happening too.  I just read somewhere here that there were "big changes" coming to Excede and that the GGG has ended.  Do you have to be a troll in this community in order to get in on these types of things?  I know we have never, ever received any mail, phone call or email in regards to these changes and/or promotions.  I hope that an employee can help me out with these things.

Scott - interested in knowing whether this was resolved as I am just coming into the community to seek answers also. Has this possibly moved to another conversation?

It’s understandable that unknown data consumption can be extremely frustrating for those who do not realize the GB’s they are consuming daily. Sometimes things are loading in the background (FB video, Windows 8 tiles, etc.) that people are unaware of. People with larger families sometimes don't realize how additional devices and users can add to data consumption. FB, YouTube, and Netflix use a great deal of usage. Instant messaging will also apply to usage as well. Please feel free to review the following links to get better familiarize with some data consumption categories and help.

I'm new to exede and just transferred over from dish. I'm 8 days into my new service and have already consumed 11 of the 12 gb in my plan. i do not stream or download anything and never went over my data with dish. No way can I remain in this contract if I'm consuming all my allowed data in the first 10 days of the month. HELP!
