Ken, the data meter has been having issues the last few days and, that is being worked on. Until it is fixed, you can get your usage by using Exede EasyChat on Facebook messenger or, by using the SMS (text to cell phone) system. For SMS text JOIN to 20715 and follow the brief instructions it will give you.
