Data restriction removal, and 'error'

Has anyone had this done? Do they actually do it? I asked to have this done over a week ago. There was an 'error' and the representative told me it could take 1-24 hours and I might have to call them back. In the meantime she gave me 1gb. Called Tuesday as it hadn't been done yet and they were still getting an 'error' so they started a ticket, told it would take 1-2 business days. Called on Thursday, still not done, it's being worked on, called Friday afternoon, still not done, being worked, should be done that afternoon or next morning. Called today, still not done, rep tells me can take 48-72 hours. It's been that plus some, asked to talk to someone higher up, was put on hold for over 15 minutes so I hung up and called back, on hold for next available rep for about 10 minutes, rings like someone is going to pick up and nothing but silence. So I'm wondering if I am just getting put off until my next billing cycle comes around or if they actually do this. Very frustrated at this point
