Barbara, Had mine exactly one year too. The keep switching plans/sign-in accounts, but never give a rebate/reduction or satisfaction. Finally after 5 months of trying, switch to the 'virtual' unlimited 150Gb
plan. Then about 45 days later the switched plans again, where my plan doesn't even have a footprint on offered plans. But, never got close to the 150, as they 'slow' me down intermittently to 2-5 Mbps. when I go over 30-40. So, have been averaging about 60GBs monthly.
Jack, it is frustrating. Especially when they don't get your feedback before 'closing' a ticket. "Looks good on our end...don't see a problem" CLOSED, submit another ticket.
