Cox.net lists Wild blue as spam. I have emailed my friend on Cox.net for years and now she can not receive. I get hers.

Create a gmail or Yahoo mail account and transition off your old Wildblue email. It will become obsolete eventually anyhow. I cant stress this enough.

Kathy, listen to Exsat.

Abandon your wildblue.net or exede.net email address

There is a long history of problems such as yours and many more with their email service
It is somewhat painful to switch email accounts but it only 'hurts' for a short while and pays dividends forever.

While you are at it, create more than one address and use one ONLY for your banking and other bill paying sites and another for shopping and personal uses.

Yep. I also found it is much easier to say @Yahoo or @gmail when giving out an address versus spelling out w - i - l - d - b - l - u - e.

Thank you for responding.  NOT what I wanted to hear, after all these years of use.  I have a gmail account, but it is censored and I don't receive all my emails.  I compare both the gmail and wildblue emails...  Drat!!!

There are ways to program your gmail so it won't make so many emails go to spam.
