connectivity problems

MY usage still seems to be restricted. The message I get most is that the connection has been reset or there are connectivity problems. Is this on your end or mine.

Hi Carolyn, 

It sounds like your experiencing some intermittent connectivity, If you are in data restriction your data usage will be limited but should not cause drops in service. Please send us your account and contact info to exedelistens@viasat.com

We are paying for the use of a modem. I think that it should work most of the time. We are having to turn it off and wait to turn it on to be able to use it. We do this sometimes 10 times a day and other times more and less. We are told it is the modem. We need a different one. What can we do.
