connect smart tv to wifi

needing to connect my smart tv to my wifi/internet everytime i enter my password it continues to say connection failed

Are you SURE you are entering the correct password? It would be case sensitive.

Is it Apple? I am using correct password from router will not connect?? Not sorry for negativity App as well as Veri. internet are grossly over priced!!!

Hello Brittney

On your setup I'd suggest double-checking your password (making sure it's not in caps or that the right words are uppercase/lowercase) because it's going to be case sensitive like Veteran SatUser suggested. Most of our customers won't have this problem due to being so far from their neighbors but also making sure you're on the right WiFi network is worth checking.
