Direct TV/Exede Problems.

Bundled with DirectTV who told us no contract with Exede usage this was a lie! Exede doesn't even work for my basic internet usage needing to watch a few SD videos for classes. The usage amount they say we've used is ridiculous because we've barely been able to use it!!! Was lied to by company and now stuck in the contract with the CRAPPIEST company I have ever dealt with!!!!

I'm sorry the DTV salesperson misled you. I know from experience as a 10 year plus WildBlue/Exede customer that Exede does not want this to be your experience. Exede has never misled me, and has been very helpful with resolving issues on the few occasions I have had an issue.

Pleas send an email with you account information and, concerns to, they will be able to address your issues and, give you some very helpful data management tips to help you make the most of your service.
