Community not helping with problems

Are we all fed up now with putting all our computer problems out into this corny community?  THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INTERNET PROVIDER AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.  I have yet to see anyone's problems being resolved except if you are computer savvy.  It is like watching someone "running in place"!  I am fed up with this phony internet service that is robbing our bank accounts and I just seen a new post from them that they are trying something new.  I knew they were playing around somewhere in the system.  They are bored and looking for something to condone their jobs rather than taking on the real issues (their customers)!  I have seen this in the workplace a zillion times.  EXEDE, IT IS TIME TO START SERVING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND FORGET ABOUT ALL YOUR $$ SEEKING IDEAS!

Problem is.. ViaSat and exede are non-hierarchal in their operations.  Nobody really has a boss so lousy service isn't monitored by anybody and until the problems reach someone as high-up as Mark Dankberg Chairman of the Board, CEO, or Melinda Del Toro Sr. VP, People, Performance and Culture, nothing is going to change.

Joan, I'm sorry to hear you're not liking this community. It's just one of many ways we have for customers to communicate with us. Many of the issues people present on here are solved behind the scenes, not always here on the forum. If you let us know what you need help with, one of the agents monitoring this site can help you out. We are always working to create better service for our customers, including the launching of a new satellite next year. If there's something in particular you need help with, let us know!

I am beyond stressed out from calling "customer service".  I have documented the neglect going back to early 2015.  Now your planning a new launch of problems.  Fix the things that are broken first....."your Customer satisfaction!"  Thank you anyway are trying to do your job!

I have been a subscriber of Exede since 2012, and Wilblue before that, and I have not had any problems. The data reported by the Exede meter matches very close to what my router reports, and my internet is very reliable.The few times I have called customer service they have been very helpful, and professional.

Joan, the only purpose of this community is to have Exede customers try and solve other Exede customers issues.  I saw your post earlier and this one and no one knows what your issue is.  If you just want to come here and rant against Exede, then you are not using this forum the way it was set up to be used by Exede.  Give us a hint of what you are upset about and if you have an open mind and are not convinced that you are being ripped off, some very knowledgeable people here will try and help you. People are helped on this forum, if they want to be helped.
