So the online Chat "feature" times out if a response is not made in a certain amount of time! That needs to be fixed. I was chatting with someone today for 45 Minutes to try and get an issue resolved, which it wasn't, and I asked for a supervisor. The agent said he would get a supervisor. I kept checking back, and then it said "if you do not reply in 1s that will be closed". I didn't make that 1s, but I was waiting for someone to get back to me! Now I have WASTED ANOTHER 45 MINUTES OF MY TIME DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
