I shared my password with a friend whom, I believe shared it with a few of her friends. I have tried the 192 address in my search bar, but get the message that the page can't be reached because it took to long to respond. Now what? Is there another solution?

I used the link suggested and that page does not help. When I log on, I am not taken to the page indicated on the help page. Aggravating.
