Had a few issues signing in to my new account, however, your support team was wonderful and very helpful. I still have one issue, I need to get the F-secure internet protection and I was told to find the secure key code in the welcome letter. I can not find a welcome letter when I click on check email I am sent to google email not exede/wildblue, the technician that was on the phone with me had found this welcome letter but I cant. would you please guide me to this letter, I would like to secure my connection with the 3 month free F-Secure offered.
