Hi James,  I sorry you are not able to log into your email account.  Did you try to change your password at https://mysso.exede.net/.
  • Go to the email inbox
  • If you are a Wildblue email address  go to click here
  • Click forgot password
  • Follow instructions to Create a new password
If this does not work, please call Exede Customer care at 855-463-9333 or send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and we will assist you in resetting your password.
