Your service for Wildblue customers sucks. I cannot manage my data because when I go to exede.net to do so, my username is one I was told to create awhile back, not the one I use for Wildblue. I cannot access my information through this portal. I was on the phone today for 45 minutes, but then no one got back to me. Just kept hearing music and more music. What does it take to resolve this issue. I can no longer manage my data.
