Can't manage my data use

Your service for Wildblue customers sucks. I cannot manage my data because when I go to exede.net to do so, my username is one I was told to create awhile back, not the one I use for Wildblue. I cannot access my information through this portal. I was on the phone today for 45 minutes, but then no one got back to me. Just kept hearing music and more music. What does it take to resolve this issue. I can no longer manage my data.

Hello Jerry, I certainly apologize you’re having issues with your data management access. If you go to www.myexede.net you can actually click on the link below sign in which states Login Help. You then have the option of either retrieving your username or resetting your password. This should assist with access. You would have to contact our customer care at 866.945.3258 for further support. Thank you
