Can't access my GoDaddy web sites

I can't access my web pages hosted at GoDaddy. This has been an intermittent problem for several days now. Accessing everything else I normally do works fine. I can't access my sites on three different Macs using both Chrome and Safari. I can access my sites through my iPad using the cellular network. GoDaddy has also verified there is no problem on their end with my sites. Phone customer service was worthless. Help??

I have had problems in the past like that.   I think it is related to a problem with their DNS servers.  If you know the direct IP address , I'll bet you could enter it directly.

Good idea.  I hadn't considered going directly to the IP address before.  I'll have to look that up for next time.  Everything seems to be working just fine this morning.  But, like I said, it's intermittent.

That's happened a few times on mine. I was able to edit my site last night with no issues. Are you having issues on the actual GoDaddy page or do you do something like Wordpress where you can log in directly to the page and do all your updates?

Both Brad.  On both the main web page and through the WP-admin page.  Nothing was accessible.  But it seems to all be working this morning.  (It started working fine around midnight central time last night as well.)  Like I said - the problem is intermittent.

hmm yeah that's something we'll need to look into. Next time it's inaccessible please call us at 855-463-9333 so we can do some single site troubleshooting (some fixes may include turning off the web accelerator or doing some tier 3 support).
