Cant access mail

Unable to access Wildblue email for 2 days now.   I get a error message telling me
HTTP ERROR 403

Problem accessing /service/extension/saml2acs. Reason:

    The account cannot be accessed at this time.

I have been having this problem intermittently this morning. I've called customer service twice now, was hung up on once & the 3rd person I talked to, the email was back on. Funny thing was I could access the email from my husband's AT&T Wifi, just not when I tried to log on through my wildblue/exede internet! Very unhappy with exede at the moment!!

How am I going to send a email when my email is not working? I dont have another email account
