This could be tied to our email migration that we're in the middle of. If you haven't done so already please call 855-463-9333 we may have to reset your email password on our end as we've seen some cases where the password has to be reset by calling in as it won't reset via the customer's prompting. In addition your mail settings on your phone and devices will need to be updated with the new email client. Calling in will be the absolute quickest and most effective way to fix it. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but again it won't be as quick as calling in.
