Kirstin, Right now your message is on the Exede general forum.  to get your answer quickly the best way is usually to call Exede on the phone.  There are excellent Exede customer reps who monitor everything posted here, but of course it takes a while for them to get through all the postings.  And then they will tell you to email them at  they are very helpful, but it does take a bit of time for them to get your email and get back to you, whereas I think over the phone they might be able to answer you quicker.

Agreed, simple stuff like account billing questions or user id issues or just general Exede questions phone support would be quicker. More complicated stuff like data issues, modem issues, outage issues I would send the email. They are better equipped and more knowledgeable then phone reps in that case.

P.S. sorry Exede Diana and Exede Lindsey for telling everyone to one send you the hard stuff lol :)
