Bumped out of my Apps

Does anyone know why I keep getting bumped out of my apps, Facebook, Covet, Candy Crush, etc. I am only at 60% data usage....and it doesn't happen when I used my cellular phone. Only while on my Excede account.

Hi Sue,
When you say "bumped" do you mean the connection is dropped? Or does it return you to the internet and you are still online?

Even if your usage was 100%, you still should be able to get online, it would be slow, but you would get connected to the internet. During the LNFZ, your speeds would return to normal.

Have you made any changes to your computer before this issue started up?

Click this link for your modem status and look for red check marks or any setting this seem strange:

Games can have their own issues, but I can not seem to associate Facebook issues with any games that would cause this type of problem.

I have same even on my lnfz time but come the first I will have my internet back. It is just exede

It's the data cap. When you hit the limit, you'll find that you can still view many web pages normally. But try to log in to FB, or Evernote, iCloud, App Store etc. and the page hangs or times out. Spent many hours figuring this out, it's not documented anywhere. Log in to the portal and check your usage.
