I know the limits of use say that we "may" be cut back to a slower speed after 150GB of data during the plan month but just how far back is this speed cut? I just spent eight days with service so slow that I had to go into town to find a hot spot just to check my email. This was my first month with the 25mb "unlimited" data package. 15mb was the fastest I ever got on Speedtest.net and it was usually around 9mb. The service is extremely restrictive as to what you can do without losing your mind watching the hourglass just sit there spinning around on your screen. VERY frustrated!

All depends on where you live and time of day.

Things should improve after the holidays, but until then probably best to stay under 150GB to get the best speed you can.

I'm on the Bronze Unlimited, and I had fast service first 2 days, exactly what I was paying for, than it was like someone flipped the switch and bam.! 0.20 gbps download.! This is redicules, I left a provider that didn't offer a package higher than 3.0gbps so I wanted faster service so came to here, sad part is the last provider fee was only $30 a month and no data cap, lol and that was for real data cap not this bullshit of ( after 150gb stuff ) this is absalutly ridiculous.

Hi just to bounce off of Veteran SatUser's reply December tends to be a pretty bad month all around. The Holidays usually see a lot more people online as kids come home from college, family visits, ect which means more people are online during this time of year than any other time.

Our busier beams will see a slow down in our peak hours (5pm-12am most cases). However if you are getting less than that during the daytime you'll want to contact us at 855-463-9333 so we can work with you directly
