blocked emails

My outgoing emails are being blocked again. This happened 3 weeks ago. Hope that this issue is as before and will be fixed quickly! It is important that I have email service as I have a grandson in hospital out of state and we are using emails.  error messages as before 550 and 554 

 Spamhaus.....   HELP

Mine is also being blocked.  I tried to send some e-mail to a company I was doing business with and Spamhaus said I was blocked.  Same when I sent a e-mail to a friend.  All e-mail I send are blocked.  I tried several times to send it even to different e-mails that person had for themselves. Still blocked.

I do not understand why exede has this problem so often. Ido not hear of any other provider having this issue.  Seems that it is a safety issue somewhere along the line.  It is certainly frustrating.

Carol, please email your account and contact info as well as a note about blocked emails to exedelistens@viasat.com so that they can get with Zimba and get this fixed (AGAIN)

Hi
 Ive had trouble with email sine it was wildblue -
exede was worse - but easy to access yahoo [which has troubles]
and gmail works well and these are free to use and can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
 my suggestion is to use gmail as it seems to just work.
as for exede email? Ignore it as you will loose it if and when you ever have to change up to another ISP as exede only works as long as you pay for it and it often fails.
while my yahoo has problems, but gmail has just been faithful in erving free email service from any network.

My recommendation is to set up another email account independent of what your ISP provides. You can setup a GMAIL account and reduce a lot of frustration that the third party provided email Exede gives you. Also, when you have an independent email and change internet providers, you don't have to transition to another email.
