Blocked by Spamhaus--please help.

Hi, I'm having serious problems sending email from my Exede.net account. The IP is getting flagged by Spamhaus and shows:

69.168.102.197 is listed in the SBL, in the following records:
SBL363696

Is there something that can be done to fix this?

Mark, please email the information you have posted here to exedelistens@viasat.com along with your account and contact information.

Zimba, the mail server actually has to fix this but, emailing the Customer Communications team will allow them to alert Zimba and get this fixed for you ASAP.
