Billing emails for someone else's account

I am getting billing emails for someone else's account.and I can't get them to stop sending them to me. They told me to mark them spam. I said to stop sending them. And they won't. Not to mention the account they are sending me emails about is closed.

How do you know it's closed and if it's closed why is it getting billed?
