Looking at the statements I have received for service beginning in mid-September, the statement lists charges for equipment lease and billing cycle use charges (Exede 12-10GB plan) followed by state, city and county taxes. Where is the amount of data in GB's that I used? Has anyone not seen the amount of kilowatt hours on your electricity bill or the thousands of cubic feet of natural gas used on your monthly energy statement? Your wireless statement usually lists the number of minutes of call time in addition to the amount of digital data uploaded and downloaded. It'd be nice to compare my dashboard usage numbers (percentage of monthly allowance used and number of days remaining in current billing cycle) with some hard numbers on GB of data actually used.

It's not on mine, but out of all due respect, what difference does it make? you can always log in and see how many gig you have used. It's not like you're going to get anything for free here although you might give data away if you don't use it.

This keeps me staying with Exede, I can live with a little slow at night just so it works well during the day.

I am satisfied with the service. I previously had Skybeam and was happy with that until they were upgrading their system in mid-September and had spotty service for two weeks. In March my data allowance will be cut back to half because the promotional plan expires. All that I am trying to do is learning to live within my data budget. Just like an energy utility, it is nice to know how much gas, heating oil, or KW hours you've consumed for what you pay! Look around, that bag of ground coffee that you just purchased, shows how many ounces it contains.

Hi lowdog, I understand wanting to see your usage on your bill. We always like customers input on things that would be most helpful. Possibly in the future that is a change that we can make! =)

I'm disappointed that you have not implemented this already.
