Exede cancels my business service, saying my account is past due. When I call in, i am informed it is a "glitch" on their side. There is no phone number to call. No one gets back. the billl is set to "autopay" so it is never late. I am frustrated beyond words. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

Far shorter than it to you to type that rant. 855-313-4111 is the number if clicking the link takes too much time, time that you are better of spending taking your caps lock key off.
Wow. I am impressed with your swift ability to find numbers. It is tougher when you do not have the internet, especially when your ISP cancels the service. I was able to reach customer service, who fixed the problem. She also looked at the web page and agreed the links provided need to be updated. .
