Exede cancels my business service, saying my account is past due. When I call in, i am informed it is a "glitch" on their side. There is no phone number to call. No one gets back. the billl is set to "autopay" so it is never late. I am frustrated beyond words. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

http://www.exede.com/business-support/  Took me all of three seconds to find the 24/7 business customer service phone number.  Far shorter than it to you to type that rant.  855-313-4111 is the number if clicking the link takes too much time, time that you are better of spending taking your caps lock key off.

Wow. I am impressed with your swift ability to find numbers. It is tougher when you do not have the internet, especially when your ISP cancels the service. I was able to reach customer service, who fixed the problem. She also looked at the web page and agreed the links provided need to be updated. .

Darron, I too had the same problem as you last night.  Fortunately, you do not lose your link with Exede when this happens and I was able to log into my exede account and find the number quickly.  I had a wonderful customer service rep who informed me about this blog for using after hours minutes among other things.  She also told me about loyal customer data amounts you can receive and that if you call the same number and ask for Exede Experts this is a free service that will help you configure your internet devices to update during the 12-5 free data period and how to set up your internet equipment if you are having any issues.  I understand that any company can have a glitch.  It's how they treat you when resolving the problem that matters and in my case I was treated like a precious and wanted customer.  Very satisfied with the customer support here.

Thanks. Good info. I run national operations for an international medical software company. You are spot on with your comment about treatment. When i lost the data, i was booking plane fare to respond to a customer who placed an emergent call. Under stress, i did not see the business tab. I learned much in the process, including to write the phone number on my account info kept in my desk drawer. It is important to note that when i reached the rep, she was magnificent.
