Bill/due date?

I saw this thread and wondered if there's been any headway made regarding those plans to let customers know of the charges before they're withdrawn.

I don't have Viasat, but as I understand it, the date your bill is posted/generated is the same day you're charged? Is that correct?

As for me, they don't send a reminder. The date they charge my credit card and the amount is the same every month after the 3 mo promo period.

Currently it's day of still. We do know this is a common request but I'm not unfortunately able to speak on if/when that will change but I do know it was being looked at for some time. One bit of solace is that we don't raise prices on the plans so you're locked in so unless you buy more data on a legacy plan or change plans it will remain the same (save for that one spring time annual property tax recovery fee that'll be around 4-8 dollars depending where you live)
