I'm really upset with the fact that I called just hours after my credit card was billed for the month to cancel my service and was told that I would not be allowed any refund back for that month. They claim that there is no refund for "partially used data" even though the satellite has been disconnected for a week and it technically isn't partially used. I will make sure that I make this known to anyone thinking about using this service. What a bunch of frauds!
