Help!!! I have been a customer of Exede since September 2013.

I moved back in September of this year. ...had to pay all the re-connection fees, etc....however, when I moved Exede changed my account number. Sooooo. ....for those of us that cannot read between the lines....that means they RESET my ACCOUNT STATUS and changed my account number. Which means I am now obligated to AN OTHER two year contract! !! What a scam!!! I am the same customer REGARDLESS of where I live. So, why change my account number and why put me on a new contract??? During my move, speaking to the Exede representatives, NEVER once was it conveyed to me that I would receive a totally new contract!!! I feel hopeless!! Does anyone know how to help??

Due to loss of employment, I called Exede to disconnect service. This is when I found out I was given a new contract (when i moved in September this year) though the original contract wasn't over!!! Amazing, I wasn't charged the 300 something dollars for early termination when I moved in September of this year. Looks like the company only charges if you are disconnecting or separating from them for good!!! What a SCAM!!

Hi Molly Hatchett, With our move process it is gone over that your new address will start a new contract. When you move your service we waive all charges on your old account because you are keeping service with us and starting a new account. I understand that none of this information was gone over with you and that is why I would like to make this right! =) Please send me an email at exedelistens@viasat.com with your account information and I can see what I can do for you! =)

Holy Moly!!!! If you can believe it.....I rec'd an email from Exede and within 24 hours my problem has been resolved!!! I am pleased to say, Exede took care of the issue. I will be returning back to Exede once I am back on my feet!!!
