Long story beginning back in January - Viasat-2 experienced "antenna issues" that affected certain coverage areas and lessened expectations for everyone - some further probing of those coverage areas appears to be going on. Keep checking, but don't get your hopes too high. From the beginning however Viasat-2 was going to offered a 12 Mpbs Bronze entry level plan - Silver and Gold were supposed to be higher but 12 Mbps is the new reality in some areas like mine - stuff happens.

Is there any other way to check service availability aside from the website? Maybe a backup system? I live in 86336, says no service. Thanks in advance.

Sedona area...It may be available there....try a different address...VS-1 sat is being used when I used one address, but there program might be in error....I would call direct....VS-1 satellite's beam 363 may not reach there...just augmented beams

If just augmented beans, you don't want it.

Also ask if Viasat-2 would be available. We have no idea if its coverage map!
