Anyone else losing internet on a daily basis for hours at a time?

New customer, less than a month with Viasat, and everyday I wonder will I have internet or not, it goes out daily, sometimes for seconds, sometimes for hours. I don't even know who to call to see if it is an outage.

No it's not usual. I've not seen an outage in the last month.

No, where are you located, also a phone number you could call for assistance is:  1 855 854 2717, they can run a few diagnostics and check your system.

Yeah, I think it is a problem with the install, I couldn't fathom so many outages, on such regular daily occurrences. Last night it was out for over 8 hours, I thought it was a Halloween thing? (Trick NOT Treat) LOL! ~ And the funny thing was modem was indicating everything was fine! ~ Yet no internet, it was even sending and receiving packets, to whom or where, I'll never know!

Yes!  We get a signigicant outage every few days.  We've had Viasat for 4 months and nothing but major issues with thier service.  We've had technicians out and have had to call tech support too many times to count.  We pay for the highest speed (100mbps) and our speeds never exceed 40mbps.  We continue to get the run around with tech support and customer service and are still waiting to hear from a supervisor.  Totally unhappy

They are going to be unable to please you and they damn sure won't be able to help you. you are complaining about having speeds of 40 mbps buy not faster.
