Our email address is Since you left Google we have not been able to access our emails. We have called your support line 3 times with no results. All we get is sorry some customers are having that problem. It will be up soon. It has been down since 8/11. WHEN Will our EMAILS BE UP!!!!!!!! And are you going to credit our account for all the days we have not had service? Just about to change email service if this is not resolved quickly. And don't send an email we can't read it! Its not our computer because the laptop is getting the same message.

Hello Pat,

Sorry about the issues you're having with your emails. Are you using a client like Outlook or the mail app on your phone/devices? If so that's just a matter of changing a few settings. If you go to we do have instructions on how to make these vital settings changes in addition you should be able to log in and access your mail.
