just to let yall know how crappy wildblue is.....after months and months of data running out  which wildblue says was big downloads,i dont download anything big,I got tired of the BS and cancelled them.cancelled on the 24th of june and they disconnected me that day.then the same day they billed my card for another month of service.i called them and they give me the run a round about they couldnt refund me because i cancelled on same day billing cycle started,even though i didnt use it at all .wouldnt even give me parcial credit.been with them several years paid the extra data charges  on so internet would be a decent speed,returned there equipment like i was suppose to,on time..paid on time every month...and they billed me a month i didnt even use..beware of this crap..,its  just not right

todd, it is what is written in the contract that you agreed to when you signed up for the service. You must disconnect your service prior to the end of a cycle or you will be billed for the next mont, and there are no refunds for partial months when cancelling service.

It is what it is. A contract is a contract.

You agreed, and now you don't.  Terms are terms.  Look before you leap, and have a recent calendar to show when a new month of service starts.  It's you that messed up, no sympathy here.

actually I paid a month in advance so if I cancel service there should be no problems?

Unfortunately we do not refund for unused services. For those wanting to disconnect, I'd recommend calling to disconnect the day prior to the bill due date so you aren't charged for a new month.
