I have randomly received the a webpage with text stating that my "account has been suspended due to a past due balance. If you received this message in error contact customer service..." I have been able to access the internet, but have received this page at least twice in the last few days. My account is paid as it is on auto bill with my credit card. I have called, but I cannot sit on hold for an extended duration while I work during normal business hours. Please help --- this is aggravating.
