Account Suspended Because of Past Due Amount; Yet My Account has a 0 balance?

I have randomly received the a webpage with text stating that my "account has been suspended due to a past due balance. If you received this message in error contact customer service..." I have been able to access the internet, but have received this page at least twice in the last few days. My account is paid as it is on auto bill with my credit card. I have called, but I cannot sit on hold for an extended duration while I work during normal business hours. Please help --- this is aggravating.

Hello Bryon, Do these webpages state anything in regards to Dish Net? If so, these “blocking issues” have been previously escalated over to our engineers. They have verified this problem to be some sort of malware virus that can affect your system. People who don’t even have Dish installed have received this error. They are researching to identify this problem further and why it happens. Rest assure, this issue has been brought to our attention for further resolution. We do however have the ability to resolve this connectivity issue, I would suggest giving our Customer Care line a call at 1-855-463-9333 so they can address and resolve if necessary when this problem occurs. Thank you
