I have called WildBlue this week and no one is able to tell me what the new SMTP and other server settings will be with Zimbra.  Our household uses Apple Mail exclusively to fetch/read/send emails.  When our accounts are switched,we will receive nothing unless SOMEONE lets us know the new settings.  I cannot believe that no one has this information.  Help!

Hello Brown, I can understand your concerns in relation to the new email configuration. Rest assure, you will be notified by email when you have been migrated. This is a long process for all our customers; we do not have any specific info as of yet regarding settings. Thank you for your patience, this information is soon to come.

How will you notify me by email when I only get my email through Apple Mail which will be unable to access your email until I reset the server info?

Hello all, we will provide the SMTP/IMAP information for web clients and smartphones for the new Zimbra email service very soon. We’ll post that information on here, on our Help Center and in emails sent to all of our subscribers using exede.net and wildblue.net email services. At present, all of these email accounts are still on the Google platform, and to avoid confusion we do not want to put the revised SMTP info out there until migration begins. Thanks for your patience and stay tuned for updates coming soon!
