Zimbra Issues with getting Advanced version,spam, and preferences.

After login to webmail as a wildblue customer the loading screen will not take me to the advanced version.  I can get to my mail using the Standard Version.  Once in mail on the standard version I can set preferences for everything in particular the download preferences for mail (ie. download only new mail).  After saving preferences which it responds that it has, I log off.  But in outlook I still get all the old and new mail.  Then upon logging back in to webmail ( as described above) all the preferences have returned to the defaults.

Also how does one identify spam from the mail tab, and in the inbox?  I looked on the Zimbra help site and they don't talk about spam at all.  This new system seems like it will really eat away at or thresholds for downing loading, dam.

Hi Nick, for configuration assistance in relation to the new Zimbra email, I would
